A WILL TO SUCCEED

A WILL TO SUCCEED

What Is Success?
Success is about getting all that you wanted to have. It's finding that you have achieved your goals or fulfilled your plans and it's waking up in the morning feeling victorious rather than feeling defeated.
When people succeed in life: “it is because of hard work. Being lucky has nothing to do with success in life." Do you agree or disagree with the quotation above. Just read it and agree it.

Some people believe in luck some people believe in hard work. But one thing is sure that luck can change people life but it’s also true that not all people are lucky. In contrast, if all people do hard work to get something there is probability that they might face failure first time but surely next time they will definitely reach their aim. Most of the  People  believe in hard work. Not every time luck will be on your side. There are some chances that some time someone will get good opportunity by luck but luck will not going to help you whole life. The people  strongly agree with the statement that people are succeed in life is because of their hard work. People who did or will do hard work can only have true smell of success.

To begin with, many people believe in luck. If someone misses good opportunity (for example, about job) they thinks I am not lucky. But they never thought why opportunity is not in their hand? In which area they need to improve next time to not lose good opportunity. Instead hardworking people think, I think I am not given my best this time but I will definitely improve skill and will do best next time. There is no guarantee that lucky person will be successful in life but yes, hardworking people definitely reach success in some time.

Hardworking person will know true smell of success. For instance, person who will get job very easily or due to politics will be not as serious about his job profile as compare to the other person who did struggle and hard work to get the same job. The billionaires like Mr. Ratan Tata, Bill Gates are one of not successful businessman now a day because of their hard work. The founder of Infosys N. R. Narayan Murthy started his career with nothing but now he is billionaires due to his self believe strong determination and strong will power.

Finally, there are two things are in life one is hard work and other is luck. Luck is not in our hand but hard work is in our hand. Someone said that luck is like a risk but I think life is just one why to take risk and put our life’s aim in jeopardy.

In conclusion, only hardworking people can be successful in their life. We all are familiar with the quote “hard work is a key of success”.
The road to success:
The road to success will probably be full of rejection, pain, hard work, disappointment as well as many other discouraging things but when you reach its end you will feel really happy and victorious.

You will feel proud of yourself for overcoming all of these obstacles and for reaching your goals in spite of the many things that stood in your way. You will be tremendously happy and satisfied and you will experience the feelings

Basic things for following Morals in our life

Basic things for following Morals in our life

Kindness:

It is a behavior marked by ethical characteristics, a pleasant disposition, and concern for others. It is known as a virtue, and recognized as a value in many cultures and religions.

Honesty:

Students must be taught that dishonesty and cheating is wrong, and will get you nowhere in the future. As a student, one is only hurting himself or herself by cheating, because this action will eventually catch up to you in the end with bad consequences.

 Hard Work:

The  success was one percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration. Nowadays, so many students want to cheat and cut corners in their studies, because they are lazy and don 't place any value on hard word. This thinking must change.

 Respect For Others:

Unfortunately, in our highly competitive dog eat dog society, many people will trod on others to get ahead in life. Respect for others should include respecting different religions, races, sexes, ideas, and life styles.

 Co-operation:

To achieve a common goal, it is necessary for all people to work together. If this is not done, a few people may profit, but the end result for everyone will be a failure. I still believe in the motto, "united we stand and divided we fall."

 Compassion:

Compassion is defined as being sensitive to the needs of people. If there were more compassion in the world, there would be less homeless, hunger, wars, and unhappiness.

 Forgiveness:

Jesus Christ taught us to forgive our enemies or people who hurt us. Anger in most cases is caused by an unwillingness to forgive. There would be less violence and fighting in school if students could learn this moral virtue.

Why Teach Moral Values for students

Why Teach Moral Values for students

When most people talk about a educational curriculum, they think about math, science, social studies, and language courses. But they don’t think  about moral values as being part of the curriculum. The problem is that the neglect of teaching moral values in education  is hurting our students and causing problems in society. If a person has never learned any moral values, how is she or he able to discern the difference between right and wrong? That is basically the essence of moral values education.
Why Moral Values for Students?
As parents and educators, we should all advocate the teaching of moral values in our students for the following reasons:
1. Preparing Our Children For Future Roles In Society:
Knowledge gained in school is only one goal of education. The primary goals of education should be enabling students to gain knowledge and moral values. Our kids will need both in preparing themselves to be good parents and citizens in society.
2. Many Parents Aren 't Teaching Moral Values:
If all parents were teaching their children moral values in the home, it would not be necessary for the schools to do this work, The sad fact is that a lot of kids are not learning from their parents the difference between right and wrong. This is because most mothers and fathers in their busy work days spend only a few hours with their children. In many families there is only one parent and no other role models for kids to follow.
3. There is Too Much Violence and Dishonesty in Society:
Every day students are exposed to violence, dishonesty, and other social problems in the media and the real world. How many times have we heard about school shootings? What about other times when students are caught cheating on exams? Then, too, we read about bullying in school and fights between gangs. If moral values were taught in schools, we would have fewer of these problems.
4. To Counter Bad Influences in Society:
Unfortunately, many of the role models of young people are setting bad examples. These bad examples range from sexual promiscuity, degrading of women, advocacy of violence, and the condoning of dishonesty in order to succeed.
THUS THE MORAL VALUES ARE MOST IMPORTANT IN OUR STUDENTS LIFE.

A Small Story With Powerful Lesson (moral)

A Small Story With Powerful Lesson (moral)
Read this small story; Hope that makes a BIG change in YOU

The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”
’50gms!’….. ’100gms!’ …..’125gms!’ …the students answered..
“I really don’t know unless I weigh it,” said the professor, “but, my question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?”…. .
‘Nothing’ …..the students said..
‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.
‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student.
“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”
“Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!”
….. Ventured another student & all the students laughed.
“Very good.
But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” Asked the professor.
‘No’…. Was the answer.
“Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?”
The students were puzzled.
“What should I do now to come out of pain?” asked professor again.
“Put the glass down!” said one of the students
“Exactly!” said the professor.
Life’s problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.
It’s important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN’ at the end of every day before you go to sleep…That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

                                          Moral

So, when you start your day today, Remember friend to ‘PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY! ‘

IMPORTANCE OF MORAL & ETHICS VALUES IN OUR LIVES

IMPORTANCE OF MORAL &  ETHICS VALUES IN  OUR LIVES

The moral values in life hold great importance from the point of personal, social and spiritual development. Values, morals and ethics are inextricably tied together. Values are what we learn from childhood; the 'stuff' we acquired from our parents and immediate surroundings. Values are the motive power behind purposeful action.

Moral values are meant for making the quest to find the higher self an easier. Unfortunately, many among us may find it difficult to follow values such as truthfulness, honesty, forgiveness in our lives because we have not perceived the subtle gains that come to us by following these values.  Or, maybe, we are careless to realize the importance of values in life.

Ethics are the code or principles on which one’s character depend. Ethics and character are closely related. Values are essential to ethics develop at an early age and can be instrumental to building character.

VALUES OF MORAL AND ETHICS

VALUES OF MORAL AND ETHICS

Moral values are the essential building blocks of our character and nature. They are the very basis of distinction between a human being and other creatures,  Values give us a sense of understanding things and enabling us to choose between what is right and what is  wrong.  A man without moral values is like a lost ball in the high weeds.

First we know about the differences between values, ethics, morals and principles. The answer to the question is usually, "Values motivate, morals and ethics constrain." In other words values describe what is important in a person's life, while ethics and morals prescribe what is or is not considered  appropriate behaviour in living one's life. Principles inform our choice of  values, morals and ethics.
